XD Here's a lesson for you, kiddies: Once a file is ripped from a CD and uploaded onto a filesharing host, whether it be torrent, MU, MF, or anything else, THAT IS ALREADY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. If the copyright people actually gave a damn about this stuff, they're not going to look and go 'oh, well you waited until the album came out in Japan, so it's okay!'. No. Like ky_rin said: "You know why there are leaks? BECAUSE SOMEBODY GOT THE ALBUM ON THE 25TH". Seriously. How stupid is this? Once it's up, it's illegal. That's that.
