Um. What else. My desktop has been acting up lately, so I did a system restore all the way back to May. Which I think means I've lost my Sims 2 stuff, but that's okay. *flops* I haven't been playing lately--I downloaded a polygamy hacked wedding arch, but it doesn't work, so screw that. 8D Um. Yeah. Oh! I've been playing An Untitled Story, which is a game about an egg and it is wonderful. Everyone should play. ♥

So, I don't know if I mentioned it, but a while back my roommate brought her boyfriend over they pretty much had sex while they thought I was asleep. After they did it more than once I left her a note on the bed ('coz she didn't come back before I went to sleep) telling her that I could hear them and it made me uncomfortable. Yesterday her boyfriend stopped by (during the day) and he actually apologized to me about it. XD I really appreciated that. I still don't understand how a nice guy could be with someone like Kujira-san, as I have dubbed her (or maybe Hogeisen-san *Shot for being mean*), but hey. Randomly, we ended up on the topic of boybands (because he asked me about my Jin poster) and actually talked for a little bit. XD It was rather nice. She's not so bad when we're actually talking, it's just that we... never talk. *dies*

Unrelatedly: Join sweetbitchjuice. THE BEST KAT-TUN COMM EVER. XD ♥ ♥ ♥ I love it. On the subject of Jin, these photos are gorgeous. I particularly love this one. Everything about it--the way it's slightly off-center, the way he looks like some loner writer in the middle of nowhere a la Johnny Depp in Secret Window. *_* Beautiful. Something about the pose in this one is nice, too. *_* Very natural. And I love pics like this, of him reading. So cute. *_____________* Not too fond of the sneakers-with-a-suit look, though. So, yeah. I'm going to announce a semi-hiatus. I'll still be browsing the f-list and commenting here or there, but there will be almost no posts until at least next week is over.

In other news, I turned in all my study abroad application stuff. Now I just have to wait until March 1st to find out about it. In the meantime, I will be applying for scholarships left and right (that's actually my plan for this weekend--glorious, glorious three-day weekend--so if you see me goofing off, kick me) because right now I can't even afford another semester here, let alone a plane ticket to Japan. I would really, really, really like to go home over the summer, but I don't see it happening. Considering I don't have time to breathe, I'm not really upset about it, but it's still depressing. :( And yes, this is another 'I wanna go home' rant, but considering how uncomfortable it is here (I have a list of things I could whine about in my head, but I won't), I am entitled, so stfu.

I'm so tired. I was ready to fall asleep at about 7 p.m. last night but we had a fire drill. :\ Teh lame. *sigh*

Anyway, I hope you all are doing well. Those of you who have tests and whatnot (spoon ♥), study hard, but don't overwork yourself! You'll make me worry. *huggles* :) ♥ ♥ ♥ I'll see you soon. Maybe.

And this is why I gave up scholarship searching last semester. :| I am no longer a high school student. I am not a native Hawaii resident. I am not a graduate student. SO STOP GIVING ME SCHOLARSHIPS I'M NOT ELIGIBLE FOR. Stupid scholarship search websites. I swear, they just make everything more complicated. T_T *curls up miserably* I will probably have to resort to student loans just because I can't make heads or tails of this crap. That's how depressing this is. Ugh.

In slightly less whiny news, I started my new job today! ♥ It was fun. And pretty easy, except I suck at sorting mail (Korean and Chinese names all look the same ._.). They start me on phones tomorrow, though, which is scary. O_O;;; Here's to hoping I don't screw up. *crosses fingers* They gave me goodies, though. xD Choco~ And crap, I left my jacket there. Wah. I also just now discovered that the restaurant has an email, so I emailed them about the paycheck they never sent me. They haven't gotten back yet, so I'll email them again soon. Bastards.

When did posting often become such a hassle. xD I had other stuff I was gonna say, but now I don't remember. Uh.

Re: Jin's facebook: I like how people think that if they somehow discover what it is, they'll suddenly be BFF with him. Naive little fangirl hearts, I like to hear them break. 8D ♥ (/creepy) Personally I only go on facebook to superpoke everybody and write on their walls. Then I don't go on again for three months, so. xD Um. Why do I have one, again?

asfhalkfh I started gathering up my stuff for my study abroad application. askfhalfhk scary. ._. I still need to print some stuff out and get my letters of rec, but at least I know who I'm going to ask. But meh. I still have no idea where I'm going to get the money. :\ I don't even have enough money for another semester here, hence why I've been looking for scholarships, because I really don't want to have to resort to student loans. My job pays $8.50 an hour, but I'm only allowed to work 10 hours at that one, and the other one pays $9.00 an hour (Yes I have two) but it only meets for one hour twice a week. You can have more than one session, but still. :\ If anybody has any tips on good ways to get scholarships without wanting to cry in frustration, please share them. >.< Any chance I could just live under a bridge somewhere in Japan? 8D

OH YEAH AND MY JAPANESE CLASS HAS LIKE ONE SPOT OPEN BUT I CAN'T REGISTER AGAIN UNTIL THE 9TH. WTF I HATE THIS SYSTEM AUGH.

So, it was my first night on the job. I'm really tired, so let's break this into bullet points. Keep in mind that this is really my first job EVER, let alone working food/waitressing/whatever. It was. Overwhelming.

BAD THINGS ABOUT WORK, AND TODAY IN GENERAL:

-JESUS FUCK MY FEET HURT. Ugh. T_T I need something for my heels so I don't kill them. No sitting down for five hours straight =/= happy pixi!legs.
-Never. wearing. clip-on. earrings. ever. again. Seriously, any longer and they would have clamped my earlobes off. I HAVE PIERCED EARS. WHY DID I DO THAT. Never again.
-I barely managed to catch the last bus. It leaves at 11:13-ish. So. :\ Hopefully I'll be able to get out of there soon enough.
-I BROKE A MILKSHAKE GLASS. T_T I was trying to stop the receipt from falling off the tray and the glass decided to take over the job. :\ God, so mortifying. I also nearly knocked off a display case akshflaskhf. T_T AND I AM THE FAILIEST FAIL ICE CREAM SCOOPER/SCRAPER/WHATEVER PERSON THERE EVER WAS.
-...I forgot. e.e There was something else here. Oh yeah. I DIDN'T DO MY HOMEWORK. :| *does it now*
-My hair was doing this funky frizz thing all day. wtf. Also, I missed the bus there by about two seconds. Life.
-No dinner for me.
-Did I mention I'm STILL TIRED?
-The lady who was training me is kind of intimidating. xD
-MY COMPUTER IS STILL NOT RECOGNIZING MY MP3 PLAYER ALSKFHASLFKH UGH.
-I have a math test on thursday. Why does life hate me?
-SO I BITCHILY EMAILED THE ELECTION OFFICE, AND THEY WERE LIKE "OH, WE NEVER GOT YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUEST FORM." :| :| :| So. I probably won't be able to vote in this election. Unless they mail another one out REALLY FUCKING FAST. ugh. I may cry because of this.

GOOD THINGS ABOUT WORK, AND TODAY IN GENERAL:

-The other two people (Flo-san and Kim) are really nice. There was also this Jamaican girl, I think, who was there, she was cool. And some lady who worked in the kitchen. They were a lot less intimidating. xD
-Every time a Japanese person walked in I got irrationally pleased. :x
-I am awesome at smiling at people. :D
-I have good music! It's easy to get distracted, though. XD
-Alex invited me to sit with him today. *______* Him and his friend. :D They talked calculus a little bit, but his friend is fluent in Japanese and he knows Ryuusei no Kizuna, so we chatted about that. :D We also tormented pigeons.
-Most of the customers were pretty cool. :)
-Our Japanese skit went well. :D Fwee.
